Seven days after taking my defensive driving course I was travelling on the M6 in lane three. Practising what your instructor had taught us about not driving parallel with a large goods vehicle, and using the "leap-frog" technique when overtaking, I was holding back from overtaking a foreign registered truck. Without warning the truck crossed from lane 2 through my lane and into the central crash barrier which it bounced off before returning to its own lane. Had I been running alongside the truck at the time which I probably would have before going on the course I would have been squashed. Please pass on my thanks to Martin and the rest of your team.

I attended the One Day Defensive Driving course yesterday. I found it to be very useful... the mix between classroom and driving and observing others driving was spot on in my view. It's interesting to have your habits and improvement recommendations pointed out to you after having been driving for so long.

This course has been really useful and should be something we do every few years.

The commentary drive from the instructor really made me think. The instructor was noticing things which I would have never thought of.

Probably the best course I have ever done since joining the company - thank you.

After finishing the classroom session I realised that the accident I had last month could easily have been avoided. If I had known then what I know now, I would not have put my car in that position.
